What is breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of using conscious breathing techniques to access deeper states of awareness, release stress, and promote healing. Our primary modality is Conscious Connected Breathwork. We practice open mouth breathing for an hour, activating the nervous system and allowing the body to release stored energy on a cellular level.

What is sound healing?

Sound healing is the practice of using vibration and frequency to restore balance to the body and mind. Instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and drums create tones that resonate with your nervous system, helping to slow the mind, release tension, and bring the body into harmony.

What can I expect in a session?
You’ll receive clear, gentle guidance before beginning. There is no “wrong way” to breathe—your body knows what it needs. Sessions include music or sound, intentional breathing, and time for integration.

Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. Breathwork is for everyone, from complete beginners to those with years of practice.

What are the benefits?
Clients often report feeling lighter in body and mind, experiencing emotional release, and leaving with a profound sense of renewal. Breathwork and sound baths can also support trauma healing, stress reduction, and creativity.

Are there any health considerations?
This style of breathwork is not recommended if early in pregnancy, severe cardiovascular health,  epilepsy, or recent major surgeries. If you are unsure please check with you health provider. A waiver will be asked prior to the breathwork.

*We can alter your breathing practice to be of benefit despite the contraindications. The beauty of breathwork is you have control. We merely guide and support  you.

What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. Mats, blankets, and cushions are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own for extra comfort.
