Founder & Guide

A woman sitting cross-legged on a table, surrounded by singing bowls, candles, and other items, with a window in the background, during a spiritual or sound healing session.

For much of my life, I’ve been guided by the act of creation: designing hats, tending soil, and now shaping moments of stillness through breath and sound. After two decades as a hat designer, I shifted my artistry toward the rhythms of the earth as an organic farmer. It was here that I began to listen more deeply, first through sound bowls, and later through the breath itself.

What started as a personal journey of recovery and release grew into a calling: to create a space where others could also find healing and connection.

With over 450 hours of Breathwork study and a devotion to sound as medicine, I designed a studio above our tasting room, overlooking the forest and farm. Here, our community gathers to breathe, listen, and return to themselves.

I know what it means to rebuild, to breathe through uncertainty, and to find beauty in imperfection. That’s why my practice is rooted in honesty, presence, and community.

Our Space

Our studio is located at Chaparral Gardens where we craft boutique fruit vinegars. It was lovingly created above the farm’s tasting room, with wide windows overlooking the forest and fields. Designed with comfort in mind, it’s a sanctuary where the beauty of nature meets the stillness within. Surrounded by the energy of the land and infused with the resonance of sound instruments, the space invites you to exhale, soften, and reconnect.
